The Vice Principal of Walsall Adult and Community college (and her son) joined us for the day on our Learning Bus. They came to witness firsthand how LTI delivers support for those children who are registered as being Home Educated, with a view to setting up something similar for their own young people.
Liza-Jo (Vice Principal) wrote to say “It was an eye opener and enjoyable to see your tutors interact so positively and creatively in the short time that you have with each group. I will be sharing this initiative with my colleagues at Walsall Council. I am also going to ask permission to get your (education) workbook copied for use in Walsall Schools.”
We at LTI wish them luck with their new venture and look forward to seeing them in the new year, when they will be joining us to see how we support adult Travellers.
